Terms and Conditions

SERVICE CHARGE & VAT POLICY

  • All Rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge & 15% VAT

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Reservation request should be made through organizational e-mail ID.
  • Confirmation of room reservation depends on availability of rooms at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation of individual booking would be intimated minimum 24 hours ahead of arrival.
  • One night accommodation charge will be applicable in case of No-Show.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

  • Check-in Time is 13:00 hours and Check-out Time is 12:00 hours.
  • Early Check-in, Late Check-out or Extended Staying is subject to availability of room.
  • 50% of room charge is applicable for Early Morning Check-in or Late Check-out up to 6 pm. Late Check-out after 6 pm will be full charged.
  • All guests must bring their Organizational Photo ID, NID card or Passport to be presented upon check-in. In special cases exception can be made where HR department of the employer can provide the name list with contact details of all guests prior to check-in.
  • Foreign guests must bring their valid Passport to be presented upon check-in.

SMOKING POLICY

  • We have dedicated Smoking& Non-Smoking Room as well as a Smoking Zone.
  • Please specify guest’s choices during the reservation, so that the appropriate type of room desired by the guest can be provided subject to the availability.
  • Any charges resulting from deodorizing the property or other smoke related maintenance shall be the financial responsibility of the occupant of said room; this includes but is not limited to false alarms with the Fire and Police Departments and lost revenue.

DAMAGES POLICY

  • Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure.
  • Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card OR send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
  • We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
