Southgate Banquet Hall
Our Southgate Banquet Hall is specialized for various special events such as wedding, holiday gatherings, reunions or any memorable celebrations of life. It is spacious, wide and is located in the ground floor with a floor space of 2500 sq.ft. It has a built in full range of audio visual system and suitable for any type of program. We also offer the option to have it customized for any event ranging from theatre to banquet and any other event. Given below are the various options available for seating arrangements.
Conference Room
Mission Conference Room is located on the first floor of the hotel with a floor space of 1000 sq.ft. It is most suitable for conference, seminar or any sort of corporate program. We can also rearrange it to use as theater with a capacity of 50 people. Other facilities or rearrangement is also possible. The capacity for Banquet is 36, for U-shaped is 22, for Rectangular is 26, and for Class Room is 24 people.
JD Lounge
Jibanananda Das Lounge or JD Lounge is perfect for all types of seminars, board meetings, and corporate meetings. It is well equipped and provides appropriate atmosphere to hold any corporate meeting with full support and service from us. It is fully customizable for different events and occasions. JD Lounge has a total capacity of 45 people for theater, 27 for Banquet, 24 for U-Shape, 27 for Rectangular and 18 for Class Room.
